
Terms and Conditions
Returns
Items must be returned within four days of being received (picked up or delivered) eg. if an item is picked up or delivered on the 1st of the month, the item must be returned by the 4th of the month etc. So Make sure you plan your booking dates to ensure timely garment return!
Shipping returns
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the garment is shipped to be returned on time. Any items returned late will incur a ‘late return’ fee.
Late returns fees
Late returns will result in $20 being added to the final rental cost per day late, eg. if your dress is returned two days late you will incur an additional $40 fee on top of the rental price
If the item is not returned, the bond will not be refunded and the client will be banned from any future WeFo rentals.
Damaged garments
Items returned damaged (eg. stains, rips or any other damage to the item that was not present upon hire) may result in fees from cleaning fees all the way up to the item’s rrp if unwearable (stains to items will result in a fee if the stain is not removable or costs extra to be cleaned)
Cancellations
Late Cancellations within 48 Hours of the agreed rental start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee - minimum late cancellation fee is $30.
Late cancellation fees will increase by $10 for every day they are not paid (we understand it sometimes doesn't work out and things happen meaning you can no longer hire your item. However, late cancellations result in other girls missing out on wearing these items and ultimately a loss of income for our business, so we hope you can understand the implementation of our late cancellation fees)
Dry cleaning is included in all rental prices xx
